Happy Birthday George - Leaf Cake colored

Well since so many people liked my pencil sketch of this and asked to see it colored that's what I did. I did my best to keep it simple as I wanted something fun to do that I could be done with in a few hours.  I didn't really add highlights though I was tempted to. Especially on his antennas and legs.  I also wanted to add texture to the table but I restrained myself.  I did mostly gradient shading though cell shading is my fave. But cell shading is very time consuming and the parts I did cell shade I did by hand which aren't so good. But that's ok. This was meant to be fast anyway just for fun.  Yeah so on April 7, 2013 I created and drew George Smith for the first time.  Here's  a youtube video you can listen to about how happy he was that you guys like him so much.

So George got a leaf cake.  Remember he's part parasitic plant so he takes the life force out of any plants he comes near.  He probably won't eat his. He just has to touch it or even be close and it will get absorbed. It's already turning brown the side nearest him so you can finally see how his powers work.  BubblegumW and I had a funny conversation about what might be inside. I hadn't thought about it and I figured it was leaves all the way through. But she said maybe something yummy like strawberries inside.  Hey that might be cool. But who knows.

Bueno porque a tantos le gustaron mi dibujo de lapiz y lo queriean ver pintado es lo que hice.  Lo trate de dejarlo simple porque solo era para diversion y algo que podia terminar en pocas horas.  No le di luz aun que tenia la tentacion. Especialmente para sus antenas y patas.  Tambien queria darle textura a la mesa pero no me deje or nunca termino.  Use Gradient shading en vez de Cell Shading aun que es mi estilo preferido. Pero es super lento. Y las partes que si las hice asi fueron a mano y no tan buenos. Pero no importa. Era para ser rapido y facil para diversion.  Asi que en Abril 7, 2013 cree y dibuje a George Smith por primera vez. Pueden oyi el video donde dice que feliz esta de que tantos le gustan.

Asi que alguin le dio un pastel de ojas. Aquerdanse que es parte planta parasitico y les quita la vida a plants quand se hacerca. No se lo comera pero lo absorbera. Ni lo tiene que tocar. La parte mas cerca a el ya esta cafe. Tuve una conversacion divertida cone Bubblebumw de que esta adentro. Yo digo que mas ojas. Pero ella penso que talvez hay fresas.  Me parece bien. Quien sabe.
