Excerpts from Thagirion Realm. Some are short stories while others are longer. I believe I am a good writer though my best stuff is not public yet. I invite you to check them out as I think you will be please. They compliment my art nicely.

No longer One CH 11 Final Chapter
It was the following day when George opened the door to his house. Solan stood there once again.
“You wished to see me?” Solan asked. George stepped outside and gently closed the door behind him.
“Yes. “ George said and solemnly walked a few paces away from his home. Solan followed him. “I need to call in a favor… from Thagirion this time.” George said. It was best to just cut to the chase. Solan blinked shocked by such a strong request.
“He owes you still?” Solan asked worried.
“Yes. This is no small thing either. Please tell him to come here now. I
Back at the safe house.
It had been a couple of days since they had returned from the clinic. George entered his home. He had not seen Leeanix outside and went to look for her in her room. He opened the door and found her sitting on the floor against the bed. Her arms were up around her knees and she was just staring up at the walls. She had cut out photos from magazines she liked of natural places as well as some of her favorite animals. There w as plenty for her to look at.
“What are you doing?” George asked. To him it seemed like she wasn’t doing anything at all.

George pulled up to the small clinic. It was night again. Only the doctor’s car was out in the parking lot. A single dim light was on to the entrance. George turned the doorknob and walked in.
“How is she?” George nervously asked as saw the doctor at his desk. A small television was broadcasting the news. Several emergency vehicles were at the Obsidian Agency building. The fire had been put out but there was still a frenzy of activity. George turned it off. Dr. Bartram looked up at him.
“I have good news. She molted while you were away.” The doctor began.
“She did?” Georg
Another boring day at (organization). Sitting at the guard station in the lobby was never any fun. Ted had missed out on the only real excitement in decades. (organization) was always a very quiet place because they had a front like many government run business. The citizens though they were just a place to pass laws and push papers. There was that aspect of it. But the real purpose was known to very few. They conducted research to help keep their people in power and in contact with those that actually ran things. That was all he knew since being in lower level security he was there to keep things in order but not know what was tru
George drove his motorcycle in silence through the dark night. He carried Leeanix’s limp form and was alone with his thoughts. He had just spoken with Dr. Bartram and was on his way to see him. Dr. Roland Bartram. George smiled a little. He was one of the few humans he could trust. He remembered a few years back when a hit he had been sent on had gone very wrong. Turned out it was a set up and his target was also a hunter that had been waiting for him. George was always paid in full before he did a job and seemed these men wanted him gone no matter the cost. They were willing to pay him just to get rid of him. He got himself

Leeanix ran through the roof tops of downtown Dallas. It was night time. George had trained her well and she was an expert roof top jumper now. She wore the large hat George had given her, still holding it up by her antennas as it did not fit her right. George had taught her how to scale up and down walls to reach other locations as well as how to do rolls and flips to help give her more distance and break her fall. She was agile enough that George felt safe letting her go off into the city alone. She had learned to keep her distance from humans no matter what they may have said and how to use the shadows effectively to h

Leeanix sat on a chair inside the house. She had set up the radio that George stole for her against a small table next to the window by the fireplace. She leaned in and listened to the music enjoying herself. A commercial came on all too soon. She frowned a little and turned the knob to the next station that didn’t have any talking. She kept doing this because she never wanted the music to stop. She paused when she found a power classical station. Finally music and not commercials. A moment later George walked into the house.
“Hey little missy. How ya doin’?” He asked. Leeanix looked up a
Leeanix sat on the log looking out across the grass field. The feelers on the end of her tail waved gently back and forth as they perched slight raised off the ground. Her antennas also flowed back and forth with her hair in the wind. It was a sunny warm day. But that familiar shadow soon came over her. She turned and looked up to see George Smith standing in hybrid form. His antennas hung out from the back of his hat and he had a very serious look on his face.
“Come with me. Time to train.” He said nodding in the direction they should go.
“Right now?” Leeanix asked surprised.
“Yes now
Several days had passed. George sat on his patio and watched Leeanix run through the dead grass field. She had killed many trees in her attempt to control her powers. She was getting better at it, though the destruction she had caused amused him. He saw her sit down on that log she liked so much and put her head down. He cocked his head. Was something wrong? He wondered if she felt sad for any reason. He thought about what he had discovered about her at the labs. Was it right for him to keep her here? Perhaps she loved her past life and needed to go back where she belonged? But how could she go back? He knew her own family would d
